Built onOracle NetSuite
Launching Q4 2026

FiberBooks: the broadband back office.

A pre-built, customizable NetSuite product and a maintained BSS/OSS/FSM integration — sold and delivered as one, built specifically for how broadband operators actually run.

Most conversations start in one of three places.

One system doing both jobs

BSS/OSS and accounting bolted together. Modern BSS/OSS platforms have stopped trying to do both, and the gap keeps growing.

Outgrowing the starter stack

QuickBooks gets greenfield operators started, but scaling further means something built to grow — and to integrate with whatever BSS/OSS comes next.

Aligning with a NetSuite parent

A parent or sister company already runs NetSuite. Consistency matters now, and it makes a future acquisition simpler too.

FiberBooks, viewed from where you sit.

The same foundation. Four different jobs to be done. Find the one that matches how you spend your day.

For Operations

Know your whole fleet. Skip the paperwork.

Field and equipment data flowing into NetSuite — fleet visibility for operations, no double entry, no stockouts.

  • Live fleet status by model and county
  • Forecast-aware reorder that nets out returns and committed POs
  • Logged in the field, counted in NetSuite — no second form
  • Catch a bad batch before it spreads

For System Architects

BSS·OSS·FSM → NetSuite. Done right.

FiberBooks Connectors, maintained on a NetSuite foundation built for broadband — a source of truth your team doesn't babysit.

  • One purpose-built integration, owned and maintained by us
  • You stop being the glue between brittle point-to-point integrations
  • Built on native NetSuite — no custom records, no posting changes
  • A foundation, not a bolt-on

For CFOs & Controllers

Capture every capital dollar.

Every dollar capitalized correctly — grant-funded or private, automatically.

  • Network investment by region, segment, and funding source
  • Award balances, draws, and audit trail come out of the system
  • Run standard books. Still file Part 32.
  • Billing revenue and cash post automatically — no reconciliation drift

For PE & Portfolio Leaders

Cleaner books. Stronger exit.

A standardized financial foundation across every operating company — institution-grade financials that hold up in diligence and lift the multiple at exit.

  • Audit-ready, exit-ready, across the portfolio
  • Every grant dollar is equity you don't write
  • Turn idle CPE back into return — redeploy instead of rebuy
  • Compare every operator on the same numbers

80% built. You customize the 20%.

We've done this enough times to know what the other 80% looks like before we ever open your NetSuite account. FiberBooks starts pre-configured — capitalization rules, Part 32 accounts, CPE lifecycle, grant compliance, cost routing — with the fat already cut. Not a template. A finished, opinionated build — shaped by every broadband deployment that came before yours.

What's left is the real 20%: your entity structure, your BSS/OSS, your subsidiaries — the decisions that are genuinely specific to you. That's the only part we're figuring out together.

Most NetSuite implementations start from a blank canvas and build up, one decision at a time, for months. We start at 80% and scope down to what's actually yours.

“We're not guessing what a broadband operator needs. We've already built it — before we ever see your data.”

Every module built around a broadband balance sheet — not a generic one.

Automated Cost Capture

The system scans for configuration gaps and writes corrections straight to the canonical NetSuite field — no shadow copy. It capitalizes whenever a legitimate capital project exists; expense is the fallback only when a cost can't be tied to one confidently. What's still ambiguous lands in a visible queue — never dropped, never guessed at.

Network Assets & Capitalization

Every cost tied to a piece of infrastructure rolls up to one permanent Network Build record that outlives any subsidiary or org chart change. When construction completes, accumulated cost becomes a real fixed asset — but nothing posts automatically. A controller reviews the proposed asset and cost, then confirms; it's reversible until that moment.

CPE & Equipment Fleet

Buy in NetSuite, manage in your FSM, and the lifecycle flows back — every device tracked from receipt through deployment, redeployment, and return. A bad batch shows up as a cohort pattern before it becomes a flood of truck rolls. True effective unit cost weighs price against redeployment cycles, so the cheaper device isn't always the better buy.

Field-Consumed Inventory

Crews draw materials through FiberBooks WMS — our mobile app for warehouse and field inventory. Every movement posts straight to NetSuite, and the cost lands on the right project automatically — nobody fills out a second form. Once equipment deploys, we push the update to your FSM or BSS/OSS.

Procure to Pay

The people closest to the spend approve it — the project or department manager who can judge whether it's appropriate. PO-backed bills clear automatically via three-way match, and bills enter through automated capture, direct entry, or third-party AP platforms. Multi-subsidiary vendor bills split across entities by rule — our Shared Vendor Bill design — so each one pays its share without a manual reconstruction at audit time, no reassembly required if an auditor asks what an allocation represents.

Grant Funding & Regulatory

Award balances, match obligations, spend-to-date, and reimbursement status stay current. Draw requests come out of the system, not a spreadsheet. BEAD, ReConnect, state programs. Run standard books day to day, still file Part 32 — filing becomes a report, not a reconstruction.

One name. Built in purpose-built pieces.

FiberBooks

The financial back office, on NetSuite. The base every deal starts from — GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, a chart of accounts built for broadband.

FiberBooks WMS

Inventory, network assets, and field operations — native to NetSuite, not integrated in from somewhere else. What crews scan and consume becomes the ledger.

FiberBooks Connectors

The owned seam to your BSS/OSS/FSM — revenue and cash flow in, so your books and your operations stay in sync without anyone reconciling by hand.

Coming Soon

FiberBooks Data

A unified data lakehouse spanning NetSuite, your BSS/OSS, and GIS — possible because FiberBooks already resolves revenue, cost, and assets to the same Build, so data that's normally siloed finally lines up.

Coming Soon

FiberBooks Copilot

An AI assistant layer built into FiberBooks — designed to help your team work faster inside the system they already use.

Governance you don't have to enforce yourself.

Every control below is enforced by the system — not a policy someone has to remember.

Purpose-built roles

No off-the-shelf NetSuite roles. The person who buys isn't the person who approves isn't the person who pays.

One governed entry point

Every project and network build is created through a single routine. No back door for a rogue record.

Scales with you

One company-level setting moves you from single-entity to full multi-subsidiary complexity — never pay for controls you don't need yet.

From FiberBooks to live system to long-term support.
